Critical optical components such as cameras and sensors can be affected by surface condensation, frost or fogging due to differential weather or temperature conditions. These issues could lead to such devices not functioning properly that may result in serious consequences. Hydromer’s Anti-fog, Condensation-control and Anti-frost coatings can assist in overcoming these issues and ensure that your products continue to work effectively.
Thrombogenicity refers to the tendency of a material in contact with blood to produce a thrombus (clot). This can also encompass events such as activation of the immune pathways and the complement system. Pre-hydrated Polyurethane Hemodialysis Catheters coated with either Hydromer’s Thromboresistant coatings prevent the adherence of 111 IN-labeled platelets, as determined independently by Thrombodyne Inc. These catheters also showed little, if any, adherence of blood clots. Hydromer’s non-thrombogenic (thromboresistant) coatings and should effectively prevent thrombus formation on the surface of these catheters.
Candida auris is an emerging fungus that presents a serious global health threat, as it can cause serious infections that are becoming common, often resistant to medicines, difficult to identify and can spread in hospitals and nursing homes. Hydromer’s CarvaTec technology has been proven to be effective in either inhibiting growth or complete control of C. Auris depending on use levels
To date, we have not had any issues with the coating and our firm plan is to continue using Hydromer whenever we need to process our devices. Solid vendor, definitely recommend.
The entire team at Hydromer including the president himself, sales, engineering, manufacturing and quality assurance were outstanding in responding and delivering finished coated parts on-time.
They are a great company with superior products. You can’t beat the price either. Top quality and top notch products!
The coating we required needed to have a degree of anti static properties and the great people over at Hydromer were able to guide us the right solution to our problem. The end result was a great product, with exceptional presentation.
It was clear that you recognized the importance of our device in saving lives. As such, you rapidly deployed Hydromer’s top scientists, focused and prioritized our project and allocated all necessary resources to solve the problem expediently.
Our office has been going through Hydromer for a while now. Fantastic customer service! Very high quality work!
We needed to get our devices coated in a short time frame and they were accommodating to our needs. We appreciated how helpful they were. The coating was very high quality. It came out perfectly.
In my interactions with Hydromer I have found a professional R&D partner, providing excellent service and fast response.
The coating that Hydromer provides is noticeably better than any of the vendors we were looking at. Customer service has been excellent throughout this entire process. They were happy to accommodate us with any late minute requests and information.
