Manfred F. Dyck , President and CEO, has a BS in Chemical Engineering from T.I.S. in Germany and did graduate work towards a doctorate in chemistry and physiology at the University of Miami, in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Dyck’s credits include 6 patents (sole inventor) and over thirty publications.  His experiences include biomedical product development at Ethicon, Inc. and has served as a member of the President's Staff at Cordis Corporation, in Miami, a manufacturer of medical devices. Prior he was Chief Chemist with Polyplex A/S, Copenhagen, the premier company in Denmark for polymer-synthesis.

Robert J. Moravsik, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, of Hydromer, Inc. and its subsidiary since 1987. Holds a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Tri-State University, a Masters degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Doctorate of Law from Seton Hall University.  Formerly Vice-President and General Counsel for Fisher Stevens, Inc. a computer service firm specializing in marketing and the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to that was the General Manager of Operations. Employed by Curtis Wright Corporation as a Senior Engineer prior to taking up a career in law. Admitted to practice in N.J.; N.Y. and before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Martin von Dyck, Executive Vice President, Operations and President of the Biosearch Medical Products subsidiary since 1998.  Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Operations of Biosearch from 1993-1998.  He joined Biosearch in 1986 as a Project Manager and was responsible for the design, FDA 510k submissions and production of new medical devices.  He was instrumental in the development of Hydromer Coating Service Business unit.  He is graduate of Lehigh University with a BS degree in  Corporate Finance and a AS degree in Science and Mathematics from Raritan Valley Community College.

Robert Y. Lee, CPA, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer since June 1, 2001.  He earned a MBA in Finance and International Business, and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Information Systems, both from New York University's Stern School of Business.  His experience includes over 14 years of professional experience in various growing capacities, including three years at the NY office of Coopers and Lybrand with their Emerging business group, two years at Bristol Myers Squibb internal auditing group, five years with ASARCO's Southern Peru Copper Corporation and three years with Citigroup. 

Rainer Gruening, Vice President of R&D since June 4, 2001. Prior to this he held the position of Manager of Regulatory Affairs in AM Cosmetics. Dr. Gruening has his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Marburg in Germany. He is listed as an inventor on over 16 patents and has authored or co-authored 35 publications on the synthesis and formulations of antimicrobial polymeric coatings, cosmetics, adhesives and marine anti-fouling products.
