Hydromer Anti-Fog Coatings and Condensation Control
Condensation Control Coatings have
been developed for use on greenhouses and food packaging. Water
condensation on extruded
polycarbonate greenhouse sheets will form large concentrations of fungi
in water droplets
which eventually cause leaf spotting (browning) in many young plants.
Our coating helps
prevent this problem by having the water run off to the side of the
panels.
We also provide a food grade anti-fog for ready to eat produce, meat and bakery foods packaging. Unsightly condensation and water rivulets can be prevented resulting in a much more appealing end user product. Our coating is safe, cost effective, Kosher approvable and easy to apply. Our Anti-Fog coatings for optics and architectural plastics (e.g. ski and swim goggles, instrument lenses, sky lights) which prevents the accumulation of vision-obscuring condensation under high humidity conditions or with dramatic changes in temperature. Our coatings are sold in bulk to manufacturers of industrial safety and swim goggles, aircraft windows, automobile lighting, optical equipment, etc. We can also contract coat your product in our ISO 9001 Class 10,000 clean rooms.
